Full day breathwork retreat. A journey of deep self-care, opening your breath, and connecting with your soul while healing your mind and physical body. This wonderful day will focus on the life changing practice of transformational breath, as well as allowing additional time, dedicated to self care. An amazing day of support, compassion, and encouragement as you move through the shadows and restrictions within yourself to consciously create a more abundant, aware, connected state of being. Bring: Loose, comfortable clothing, in layers, a lunch, reusable water bottle, 2 pillows and blanket. Schedule 9pm-5pm E-transfers to be sent to ananda@sasktel.net to reserve your space.
